Malcolm's previous experience has seen him working directly for Council's such as Reading and York and private sector consultants, Agilisys and Meritec. As an independent consultant Malcolm includes, Northampton, West Lancashire, Hull and Oxford. Malcolm is currently working on projects with PSS, Team Netsol, arvato, Compact Data Tech and Callcredit. Malcolm is project lead for the ACT:LA consortium and co-owner of Visionary Network.
